This portal may be used only for Singapore Permanent Residence (PR) and Singapore Citizenship (SC) application preparation, document coordination, form completion, review, and related case management. You must not use the portal for any unrelated purpose.

2. Account and Link Security

You are responsible for keeping login credentials, one-time passwords, and any public form or CV links confidential. You must notify the service team promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

3. Information Submitted

• You must submit accurate, complete, and current information.
• You must have authority to provide information about family members or other persons.
• You must not upload unlawful, misleading, or irrelevant materials.

4. Data Handling

Information submitted through this portal is retained only within this system. The portal does not provide any export function for personal information or application records. This system collects only information reasonably required for Singapore PR and SC applications, and the scope of data collection will not exceed what is needed for those application workflows. Personal data is handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), used only for Singapore PR and SC application workflows, not shared with third parties, and not transferred outside Singapore.

5. Restrictions

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or token protections.
• Do not scrape, extract, copy, or export portal data outside the provided workflow.
• Do not interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the portal.
• Do not use the portal to submit malicious files, code, or content.

6. Technical Support Provider

This system is technically supported by SINGWAY GLOBAL PTE. LTD. Technical support is provided for the operation, maintenance, security, and improvement of the portal.

7. Availability and Changes

The portal may be updated, maintained, or temporarily unavailable from time to time. These Terms of Use may be updated when required for operational, legal, or security reasons.
